is this product liquid or like regular conditioners?

other drying aids and liquid sprays. wanting to know if this is like that or the other leave conditioners thats like a creme.

This product is more of a watery consistency than a gel or cream. It has dilution rate suggestions on the bottle instructions for use. It is Not designed to be rinsed out, but rather blown dry as a leave-in product.
