The Quadruped All in One Dematting Undercoat Remover Rapid Dry Aid is safe to use on cats, although it must be rinsed out. This product works best by applying and then using a high velocity dryer to blow out tangles and undercoat, so for that reason, may not be best suited for cat grooming.
